From the seriously awesome thewlisian_afer, one for complete mindless rage: special education kids left inside school during bomb threat. what kills me, absolutely kills me, is that the fucking administrator said that she was doing it because it was cold out and she acted "compassionately". Last night the kidlet made up a sign for 'bedtime snack' with no prompting - it's a combination of his signs for 'eat' and 'sleep'. I am SO PROUD right now. He's learning and processing and just ... getting it! eee.
